5-Story Triangular Office Building May Occupy Undeveloped Morristown Land
45,000-square-foot building could become reality with one more council vote, report says.

With an approval at the Morristown Council’s next meeting, a geometrically-challenging swatch of land may become tens of thousands of square feet of office space just a block from the Green.
According to morristowngreen.com, the first reading of a revised development plan was approved unanimously by the governing body recently, which could pave the way for a 45,000-square foot office building at the triangular intersection of Bank and Market Streets in Morristown.
Law firm Fox Rothschild has already verbally committed to occupying the proposed five-story building, which is being developed by Hampshire, the report said.
