Kathleen Dittrick has been caring for patients for more than three decades. However, when she became the Director of Resident Health at the Oaks, a retirement center in Denville, N.J., Dittrick decided to further her education

“I wanted to learn more about being a manager,” says Dittrick, who already holds a B.S. in nursing with years of practical experience. “The College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE), with its small class sizes and knowledgeable professors, was the perfect place for me to learn.”

Over the years, Dittrick has earned a lot of accomplishments, including successfully managing a staff and raising a family, but she never anticipated returning to school.
