The F. M. Kirby Foundation is headquartered in Morristown and has a goal to “invest in opportunities that foster self-reliance or otherwise create strong, healthy communities.” According to the Mission, the foundation’s support for the organization stretches back more than 60 years.

Market Street Mission said that support has helped hundreds of men find restoration through its addiction recovery program. The organization also said the foundation’s backing has sustained thousands more people facing hardships, including hunger and homelessness, during times of critical need.

“We’re deeply grateful for the long-standing partnership of the F. M. Kirby Foundation and their commitment to changing lives right here in our community,” says Gordon Dahl, Market Street Mission CEO. “This kind of faithful support over the span of decades is what makes long-term stability and transformation a reality for the people we serve. We extend our sincere thanks to the Foundation staff and Board of Directors for making our work possible.”
