Another Man Sues Delbarton, Alleging Sex Abuse By Monk: Report
This man is the sixth man to sue the school for sexual abuse dating back decades, a report says.
MORRIS TWP, NJ— A sixth man is suing Delbarton School, saying he was sexully abused by a monk, nj.com reported.
All six men are represented by attorney Gregory Gianforcaro in their civil suits against the prestigious prep school. Most say the abuse happened in the 1980s and 1990s, but this man alleged abuse in January 1967.
The latest man to sue is accusing the school of negligence, misconduct, and hiding information to protect the school from criminal charges and scandal, nj.com reported.

In total, six monks are being accused of sexual abuse. No criminal charges have been filed because they are outside the statute of limitations.
