Bach in the Subways at the Morris Museum

(Bach in the Subways)

The Morris Museum is pleased to present an afternoon of music by Johann Sebastian Bach on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 12:00PM – 5:00PM as part of the international movement, Bach in the Subways.

This program was started by Dale Henderson in New York City in 2011, as a way to bring classical music to those who never had a chance to experience it, by having it performed in accessible spaces such as subways, malls, coffee houses, airports and more. The programs are always free and offer music exclusively by Bach. Performers may be soloists, orchestras, duos, students, professionals and anyone able to share their passion for Bach through music.

The Morris Museum is participating for the first time with performing groups being organized by Sheetal Bangalore, a flutist from Morristown High School.
