Basket Weaving Workshop with Virginia Scott

Students will begin with reed precut to size to weave the basket's base, into which the basket's handle will be incorporated. The sides are woven next, guided by the dimension of the base. Finally, the basket is rimmed for a finished look and accents are then woven on the sides. Supply fee paid directly to instructor covers the cost of materials. Students should bring a pair of sharp scissors with them to the workshop.
