More About The Writers Circle
The Writers Circle (TWC) believes in the uniqueness of each writer’s voice. Their children’s workshops tap into a child’s natural sense of imaginative play, but instead of using costumes and toys, they play with the most creative tool ever invented—the written word. Using a multi-disciplinary approach that includes role-playing, music, movement, and sensory experience, TWC’s workshops allow children to explore the magic of words while developing their writing skills. TWC’s adult workshops offer a supportive, constructive environment where writers at every stage of literary experience can hone their voices and develop their work. Founded in 2010, The Writers Circle celebrates its fifth anniversary in 2015. The Writers Circle is not simply a place to take a class. It’s a community connected by a passion for writing. Classes are held in Montclair, Summit, Ridgewood, Maplewood and South Orange and will be opening soon in Morristown. For additional information visit www.writerscircleworkshops.com.
