Boozy Escape Room Opens In Morristown

MORRISTOWN, NJ — As escape rooms gain popularity across the state, one Morristown location is putting a unique spin on it's room with a boozy escape room.

Puzzle And Cork is the newest addition to Trap Door, which has locations in Morristown and Red Bank. Participants 21 and up can enjoy drinks while solving puzzle to escape the room. The rooms will open on July 1.

“When we opened Trap Door, we were lucky to gain a massive following fast. However we turned down massive business over the inability to allow our clients to bring their own. Personally, my wife and I take part in tastings all the time and thought it would be a perfect compliment to the social experience of puzzle solving. We created Puzzles & Corks to be just that,” owner Anthony Purzycki said.

The room will feature new puzzles every month, and should be booked in advance. You can find more information here.

Escape rooms are puzzle based interactive rooms where teams must solve a series of puzzles in a set amount of time to unlock the exit and "win" the room.
