Year-round you’ll find 10,000+ books, fiction and nonfiction, from vintage to new releases, plus DVD’s, CD’s, and puzzles. All are donated by the community, and offered at incredible prices! New inventory is added daily so shop often!
TO SHOP &nbsp;Visit the Friends of the Morristown and Morris Township Library book shop every Tuesday and the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month, except July/August. Open 10 – 2. Please bring CASH or check. Dealers are welcome.&nbsp; Enter any library door and follow the signs to the lower level of the library.&nbsp;
Every day, books and media for sale are on a cart in the circulation room. Children's books for sale are on carts in the children’s department.&nbsp;

HSI Young Professionals Ambassador Council is excited to host an “Impact on Tap” happy hour and invites you to join us to connect with purpose. Meet young professionals who are passionate about ending homelessness and housing instability in our community. Grow your network. Give back. Make a difference.

The Young Professionals Ambassador Council of Homeless Solutions is a diverse group of people between the ages of 21-45 who live and/or work in Morris County. The mission of the YPAC is to engage, empower and educate future leaders of Morris County about the challenges facing the homeless and those at risk of homelessness. Through education, fundraising activities and networking initiatives the group will learn about issues affecting the community and will directly help their neighbors. By embracing the ambassador culture, the YPAC will help spread the word about Homeless Solutions via online and in person volunteerism and activism.

Goals
To raise awareness of the growing disparity in our region and the need for homelessness prevention
To raise awareness of Homeless Solutions, Inc. as the largest provider of services in Morris County by serving as ambassadors in the community
To create &amp; host interesting social events, networking opportunities, and fundraising or volunteering events in support of Homeless Solutions

Richard Shindell lives as both an immigrant and emigrant, crossing thresholds, that informs his illumination of the human experience through narrative song. Shindell has inhabited a Zen Buddhist monastery and busked in the streets of Paris.
Originally from New York, now living in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Shindell is a writer whose songs paint pictures, tell stories, juxtapose ideas and images, inhabit characters, vividly evoking entire worlds along the way and expanding our sense of just what it is a song may be. Meticulously recorded over three years in New York and Buenos Aires, his most recent release, Careless, offered an ambitious, luxurious, full- length statement. Shindell immersed himself in the studio, allowing the time and latitude to explore, experiment, take risks—to play as each of these eleven songs was given form and substance. While his signature acoustic guitar style is used to good effect, Careless also found Shindell plugging in more.
