Join MHHM staff and be inspired by art from the Museum's decorative arts collection.
Art from the Gallery is for adult artists at any level. Beginners, hobbyists, and career artists are welcome.
W. Parsons Todd, MHHM founder, collected hundreds of pieces of ceramic and porcelain that are now in the Museum's collection. These pieces are from around the world and have exquisite painted designs. Before making your own masterpiece, you will visit the Museum's period galleries to see the original artwork to inspire your own! In this program you'll paint designs on tile coasters, taken from the designs you see in the Museum.
