MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — Multiple cars were burglarized and there was an attempted burglary of a home in recent days in Morris Township, and police are asking residents to stay vigilant.

A Frederick Place home was the site of an attempted burglary on Saturday night, DiCarlo told MorristownGreen. A man tried to get into the home, DiCarlo said, but a resident answered the door with his dogs. More information was not immediately available.
The attempted home burglary appeared to be unrelated to the car burglaries.
