Celebrate A Snowy Start To Spring With Free Ice Cream In NJ
We know it's going to snow, but free ice cream or Italian ice tastes good in any weather. Kickstart spring 2018 with a free treat.

MORRISTOWN, NJ— Ice cream and Italian ice shops reopening for the season are a sure way to know that spring has finally sprung. We know, it won't feel very spring-like on the first day of spring this year, what with the fourth nor'easter to hit New Jersey this month expected to dump several inches of snow on us, but it's never too cold for free ice cream, right?
Rita's Italian Ice and Dairy Queen don't think so, and both shops are continuing their annual tradition of starting spring with dessert giveaways.
Rita's will give away a free small Italian ice to all customers who stop by on March 20. There are 104 Rita's in New Jersey, so you'll have plenty of locations to pick from.
