Consumers Prefer Atlantic Health & Morristown Medical Center

System Shines in Two Independent Surveys

Today, Atlantic Health System’s Morristown Medical Center was recognized by NRC Health in its national Top 100 Consumer Loyalty Awards List. NRC Health’s Market Insights survey, the largest database of healthcare consumer responses in the country, asked over 300,000 U.S. consumers to rank hospitals garnering extraordinary loyalty from their patient populations.


This recognition follows a report earlier in the year ranking Atlantic Health System first among health systems in New Jersey and 41st in the country for consumer preference by Monigle, a leading brand experience consultancy, in its 2019 Humanizing Brand Experience Report. The survey the report was based on asked more than 17,000 consumers across the country to rank the strongest, and weakest health care experiences.
