Cops: Man Sexually Assaulted 10-year-old
Girl told police man invited her into home to help with injury, affidavit states.

Morristown police have arrested a man they say sexually assaulted a child by rubbing up against her, simulating sex.
Jose Danillo Rodriguez of Dekalb Place faces a second-degree charge of sexual assault and a third-degree charge of endangering the welfare of a child.
Rodriguez denied the alleged incident in an interview with police, according to an affidavit signed by Officer Roberto Rosado of the Morristown Police Department.

According to the affidavit, the child's aunt told police she'd learned of the alleged assault on Sunday.
The girl told her aunt that she'd fallen and hurt her knee, so Rodriguez invited her to come inside his home, to clean the wound up, according to the affidavit.

It states that when the girl bent down to show Rodriguez her wound, he approached her from behind and started simulating sex, rubbing up against her. Both had their clothes on, according to the affidavit. It also states the girl said Rodriguez tried to kiss her, but she wouldn't let him.
"[The girl] attempted to push the defendant away, but the defendant was holding onto her. At which point the defendant released [the girl] and advised he will be back with a bandage for her wound" the affidavit states. "[The girl] then ran back to her home crying, advising her aunt about the incident]."
Rodriguez told Rosado the only contact he had with the girl was to assist with her injury, the affidavit states.
Rodriguez was arrested Monday. Judge Stephan C. Hansbury set his bail at $100,000 with no 10 percent option. The judge also barred Rodriguez from contact with the girl as well as any other children under the age of 16.
