Crash Causing Rt. 287 Delays Thursday Morning

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A crash has closed one lane of Route 287 Thursday morning, NJ DOT said. The crash is on 287 southbound near Exit 36 in Morristown. The southbound right lane is closed and there are delays of 10-15 minutes as of 8:48 a.m.

In addition to that, there's several other volume-related delays around the county:

• As of 8:34am, there are Delays on NJ 10 eastbound between Peer Pl in Denville Twp and US 202 in Morris Plains delays due to volume.
• As of 8:30am, there are Delays on I-80 eastbound between Exit 39 - NJ 53 in Denville Twp and Exit 42 - US 202/Littleton Rd in Parsippany-Troy Hills Twp delays due to volume.
• As of 8:29am, there are Delays on I-287 southbound between Exit 39 - NJ 10 in Hanover Twp and Exit 36 - CR 510/Morris Ave in Morristown delays due to volume.
• As of 8:27am, there are Delays on I-287 southbound between South of Exit 52 - NJ 23 in Montville Twp and Exit 42 - US 46 in Parsippany-Troy Hills Twp delays due to volume.
• As of 8:27am, there are Pockets of Volume on I-80 eastbound between Exit 27 - NJ 183/US 206 in Roxbury Twp and Exit 43 - I-287 in Parsippany-Troy Hills Twp delays due to volume.
