Decades-Old Deli To Change Morristown Location, See Where It's Going
The deli's Morristown location is getting new digs, 80 years after the establishment first opened up its original location's doors.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — A staple delicatessen in Morristown is relocating, but hungry residents won’t have to travel too far away to get their sandwich fix.
Millburn Deli Morristown, originally operating at 139 Morris Street, will be opening its new location just a few blocks away.
The deli’s new location will be at 151 South Street, a two-minute drive, or under ten-minute walk, away from its original Morristown location.

According to Millburn Deli representatives, the new location will offer indoor seating.
Millburn’s first location opened in Millburn, Essex County, in 1946. Since then, the deli has expanded locations to Morristown, Montclair, and Westfield.

The establishment has been serving up sandwiches, salads, and more for decades, with favorites including the Barn Burner, which features honey bbq chicken, cheese, smoked bacon, and more, or the Roast Beef Bruschetta, stacked with rare roast beef, sharp provolone, and house-made tomato bruschetta, among other ingredients.
The Morristown location will be closed for at least a week as the deli moves in.
“Can’t wait for you to see the new spot! Thanks for your patience,” a social media post read.
