Our Services 
In-home personal training in the comfort of your own home or local park. Save time by allowing us to come to you. We provide safe, fun, varied, and effective coaching. With all the things you have to do, make going to the gym one less place you have to go. Our customized training regime is what you need to get the results you want. We do this by creating a fitness program tailored to your fitness level and goals. We offer programs for post-rehabilitation, busy professionals, overwhelmed parents, stay-at-home moms, over 55, children, and athletes. We can provide a variety of work-out modalities including, but not limited to: strength training, endurance training, H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training), TRX, yoga, sport-specific, kick-boxing, boot-camp. and Tabata.

Packages 
There are variety of packages to meet your financial needs.  Unlike other at home services, all of our packages offer the option for 30-minute sessions. As well as: 60-minute sessions, private, semi-private (2 people), and group (3+ people) training.

Who We Are 

Mary Sheerin, RN, BSN is a Registered Nurse, National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM) Certified Fitness Professional, and Fitness Model . Mary obtained her Bachelors of Nursing from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. In addition to her valuable health and wellness knowledge, Mary obtained her BA in Psychology from Montclair State University. With her strong background in psychology, Mary will help motivate and guide you on the path to change. She has an ability to work with all populations, including seniors and athletes, and is uniquely dedicated to helping her clients reach their health and fitness goals.

Patrick Lee is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and TRX Certified Fitness Professional, Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), and Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200). Patrick is very passionate in helping each individual achieve their fitness goals which include injury prevention/rehabilitation, muscle building,  weight loss and proper nutritional guidance for healthy living and body transformation with a well-balanced style of positive encouragement.  He focuses on training clients physically, as well as, mentally. Being fit is not just about having a 6 pack abs, but more importantly, it’s feeling blissful and joy within. A motto to live by: “Without your vibrant physical and mental health, all the riches in the world would not matter.”
