About Hops Craft Bar
Hops Craft Bar started of as an idea from a few people in the Growth Restaurant organization who loved craft beer and wanted to bring their love for the greatest drink on earth to Morristown. So, the journey began in 2014 and the revolution started. A "name the bar" contest was started and open to the public. After over a 1000 submisions, the list was narrowed down to a select few. From that list, the ownership of Growth Restaurants sat down and by committee, chose the name "Hops."
