Disney's 'Frozen' Hits Morristown Stage
The Morristown theater's spring 2026 production will feature 50 young performers from seven New Jersey counties.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — The Mayo Performing Arts Center's 2026 spring production of Disney's Frozen will take the stage for five performances, May 29 to 31, in Morristown. The show will be directed by Cathy Roy, with music direction by Charles Santoro. Tickets are $35-$57, including fees.
Show times are Friday, May 29, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, May 30, at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, May 31, at 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. MPAC listed the Saturday 2 p.m. performance and Sunday noon performance as having limited tickets.
According to the announcement, the cast includes 50 young performers from throughout the region, representing seven New Jersey counties. Kendell Lemmerling of Monmouth Junction will portray Elsa in what MPAC said is her debut in an MPAC musical. Her previous credits include Jekyll and Hyde, Urinetown, and Mean Girls.

Alyssa Correa of Dover will play Anna. MPAC said her theater credits include The Light in the Piazza, The Scarlet Pimpernel, Carousel, In the Heights, Into the Woods, Pippin, The Addams Family, and Wicked LIVE! Parody. The announcement also states that she trained at Montclair State University while earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Cole Grey of Bridgewater will portray Hans. MPAC said he previously appeared in its productions of Newsies and Beauty and the Beast, and has appeared on Broadway in Fun Home. The announcement states that he is a member of the Actors' Equity Association and is currently attending New York University.

Caiden Loyer has the role of Kristoff, while Miles Schmidt of Morris Plains will play Olaf. MPAC said Schmidt's role will mark his fourth production at the theater. Other principal roles include Naomi Cohen of Morristown as Bulda, Garid Garcia of Edison as Weselton, Julia Helms of Wayne as Queen, Aria Kane of Bernardsville as Young Elsa, Zion Pearson of Morristown as Pabbie, Logan Scarpa of Sparta as King, Oliver Shoaf of Bridgewater as Oaken, and Charlotte Surak of Basking Ridge as Young Anna.
Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature film, Disney's Frozen includes songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, along with new music written for the stage, according to the announcement. The story follows sisters Anna and Elsa in the kingdom of Arendelle after Elsa's powers are revealed, and Anna sets out to find her. Trend Motors is the lead sponsor for MPAC's production.
