A crowd of around 1,000 gathered on The Green to welcome the Easter Bunny and Elmo Saturday morning for an egg hunt, to have their faces painted and get some Easter goodies.

"This was an incredible turnout," said Mayor Tim Dougherty. "It is just a feeling throughout the whole community that Morristown has turned into one great community."
