Emergency Repairs Close 3 Lanes On I-287 N In Morristown

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Officials closed off three lanes on I-287 northbound in Morristown on Thursday evening to conduct emergency road repairs. Expect heavy traffic and delays for the Thursday evening commute.

The closures occurred on the left three lanes, just past Morris Avenue. Only one lane remains open, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

Officials expect to finish repairs overnight and to reopen all lanes by Friday morning's commute.
