Meditation, Mantra, Mudra, and Movement

"The 4 M's" - Meditation, Mantra, Mudra, and Movement. This class will explore the use and benefits of mediation, mantras and mudras while adding gentle yoga to make this a true mindy/ body/ spirit union. If you have an established mediation / yoga practice, or if you no nothing of the art but have always been curious, this class is for you. Relieve stress and anxiety, increase physical and mental flexibility, become more centered in the present, while learning and developing a skill that will serve life long. No experience necessary, and all are welcome!
