It's a fact:
Sudden cardiac arrest claims the lives of more than 300,000 people every year. Performing cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and using an automated external defibrillator (AED) could save the life of an employee, customer, friend or family member. Red Cross Adult CPR/AED training allows participants to overcome natural reluctance to act in emergency situations and to recognize and care for life-threatening conditions in adults.
This 4.5 hour class will teach you how to perform CPR and manage breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults.
