Hour-Long Delays On Route 80 Thursday Afternoon

There are also traffic issues on Route 202 Thursday afternoon.

ROXBURY, NJ — Morris County, buckle up for a messy commute home, with issues on Route 80 and Route 202.

Route 80 is seeing hour-long delays heading into rush hour as a result of emergency construction and roving pothole repairs. The center and right lanes are closed east of Exit 27.

An accident on the highway in Roxbury is also causing issues. Roxbury Police say a crash is causing spillover traffic on Route 20 and Route 46 in the area.

Route 202 has seen delays all day long, the result of a downed power line. All lanes are closed for repairs, with alternating traffic on the northbound roadway near Tempe Wick Road in Harding.

And, as usual, there's traffic on Route 287 in the Morristown area due to volume.
