Italian Specialty Market Opens on RT 10 Morris Plains
Gourmet Italian Grocer Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace Opens 2nd NJ Location on Rt 10 in Morris Plains.
Uncle Giuseppe's Marketplace, which opened its first location in East Meadow, NY in 1998, has since expanded to eight locations in New York, and one currently operating in Ramsey, New Jersey at 10 Triangle Plaza. The gourmet Italian marketplace will open its tenth location this year in mid-December on Rt 10 in Morris Plains at 1711 Rt 10, Morris Plains, NJ.
The 42,000 sq ft store is replacing the old ShopRite in Briarcliff Commons that moved to East Hanover several years prior. Uncle Giuseppe's in Morris Plains will offer a full grocery, dairy, and frozen food, as well as a full-service deli, specialty butcher, scratch-made bakery, and both pasta and cheese bars, prepared fresh daily.
The marketplace will also offer home delivery and curbside pickup for grocery essentials. With a grand opening scheduled for mid-December of this year, Uncle Giuseppe's is scrambling to hire staff in all departments.
