5k Closes Road In Morris Township This Weekend

(*UPDATE: The work zone has been adjusted and Burnham Road will now remain open this weekend, police said.)

MORRIS TOWNSHIP, NJ — This weekend, there will be lane closures on Burnham Road due to planned utility work, according to the Morris Township Police Department.

According to the police, the closure will be near the intersection of Burnham Road and Lake Road.

Motorists can also expect traffic delays and detours on Sunday in the Woodland Avenue area due to a planned 5k race.

The race will be between the hours of 9 a.m. and 10:15 a.m., police said. Drivers are asked to plan an alternate route if possible.
