Learn 'How To Love Wine' at Morristown Festival of Books With NY Times Critic

Eric Asimov will cap annual event with discussion, tasting on Oct. 3.

Eric Asimov knows a thing or two about wine.

The critic is tasked with writing about liquefied grapes for the New York Times, and has penned a book titled “How to Love Wine: A Memoir and Manifesto.”

Asimov is bringing a discussion of the book, along with himself, to the second annual Morristown Festival of Books on Oct. 3 for a wine tasting at 5 p.m.

The talk will cap-off a two-day event showcasing 28 award-winning authors and two keynote speakers set to take the stage at the Mayo Performing Arts Center the night before.

Tickets for Asimov’s talk and tasting are $20 and are on sale at morristownbooks.org. The event venue is St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 121 South Street, across from Vail Mansion.

Asimov will be signing copies of his books, which will be available for purchase, at the end of the event.
