A 19-year-old Morristown teen who was charged in December with sexually assaulting four girls aged 14 to 18 has now been accused of running a child pornography network, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office. Ruben Gonzalez, 19, of Morristown, was charged with the following, officials said.

Morris Co. Local Wins Cash For Life From New Jersey Lottery
A Morris County resident recently won $1,000 a week for the rest of their life after playing the New Jersey Lottery's Cash4Life game, lottery officials said. The lucky ticket was purchased at Buy Rite Liquors, 286 Route 206, Flanders and matched the five white balls drawn for the Friday, July 1, drawing winning the $1,000 a week for life second-tier prize.

Do You Know Him? Morris Co. Police Need Help Identifying Theft Suspect
Residents are being asked by the Morris County Sheriff's CrimeStoppers to assist in identifying this man, who is a suspect in a string of burglaries, according to police. Police claim that between 7:30 p.m. on June 29 and 2 a.m. on June 30, a suspect used a tool to pry open doors and entered a series of office and commercial buildings. According to authorities, the suspect either covered or switched off surveillance cameras while inside the office.
Chief Of Police Retires, Names Replacement For Morris Township
In a public statement addressed to the township, former Chief of Police Mark DiCarlo announced his departure from the force and named his successor. DiCarlo officially retired from the Morris Township Police Department on July 1, according to police. In a public statement, DiCarlo said, "it has been a pleasure serving you since 1996. I am most thankful for how well the members of the Police Department are appreciated and treated by the community. It has been a pleasure working with the Township Committee and Township Administrator Tim Quinn, who have always supported the Morris Township Police Department."
$1M Awarded To Morristown Medical Center For Renovation, Expansion
Representative Mikie Sherrill (NJ-11) announced that 14 community projects she submitted to the House Appropriations Committee are moving forward for funding in this year's budget. One of the 14 projects, the Morristown Medical Center Emergency Department Renovation and Expansion Project, is receiving $1,000,000. The project is sponsored by Atlantic Health System.
'The Moving Wall' Replica Of Vietnam Veterans Memorial Coming To CCM
The County College of Morris (CCM) and volunteer groups have worked tirelessly to prepare the site for The Moving Wall, which will be displayed on campus to honor Vietnam veterans and those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Residents of Morris County and beyond can view a half-scale replica of Washington, D.C.'s Vietnam Veterans Memorial, which will be on display from July 7 to 11 on CCM's campus at 214 Center Grove Road, Randolph, near parking lot 1.
Artifact Horn Stolen From Morristown Historic Train In Morris Co.
A train horn, described as a historical artifact, that was stolen from a public display in Morris County has prompted a $2,000 reward for information leading to the culprit. According to Richie King, President of the Tri-State Railway Historical Society, the horn of the Morristown & Erie Railway was stolen while locomotive No. 19 was on public display in Whippany over the Fourth of July weekend. The horn theft is being investigated as criminal trespass on an active railroad, as well as criminal theft and vandalism of a locomotive, according to the historical society.

A Morristown resident was recently honored by the Mayo Performing Arts Center (MPAC) due to her extensive volunteer work and dedication to the MPAC over the last 27 years. Betty Mills was officially named MPAC's Volunteer of the Month for July, according to the MPAC. Fatal Car Crash In Morris Co. Remains Under Investigation
A Stanhope man was killed Thursday afternoon after running off a highway ramp and crashing into multiple trees in Morris County, according to state police. Luke Muller, 32, was driving a Pontiac Grand Prix on the Route 206 south ramp to Interstate 80 east in Mount Olive when the vehicle went off the right side of the road and crashed into several trees, according to New Jersey State Police Trooper Brandi Slota. Authorities were called to the scene shortly after 3 p.m. where they found the motorist suffered fatal injuries in the crash, Slota said.
