Local woman devoted to completing 40 days of community service
Nyree Anderson Miscia celebrates 40th Birthday with 40 days of helping others

Morristown, NJ, October 25, 2016– Local woman Nyree Anderson Miscia devoted the past month to completing a goal of 40 days of community service. She started her goal on October 7 and will be participating in community service everyday until November 16, the day before her 40th birthday. Instead of having a birthday party Nyree decided to celebrate her 40 years by doing something she enjoys the most, helping others. She shared her pledge on social media in the hopes that her friends and followers would hold her accountable and push her towards finishing her goal.
“I am posting this video for accountability, I think it's important when setting goals to have people that will hold you accountable. I am determined and committed to completing my 40 days, but i’m sure there are going to be days when I’m just not in the mood but it’s knowing that you are holding me accountable that will motivate me to continue.” said Nyree.
Nyree shares her experiences with community service everyday on her Facebook page, counting down the days until her birthday. She has already visited Homeless shelters, Veterans Homes, and Food banks in her local area. She has participated in beach and park cleanups and she seems as motivated as ever.
