Morristown's Loyola Jesuit Center Website Wins Award

Loyola Jesuit Center, a sacred space for spiritual growth, prayer and reflection in Morristown, NJ, is pleased to announce that it has received the 2017 Communicator Award of Digital Distinction for best website in the religion and spirituality category.

The Communicator Awards, founded over two decades ago, is an annual competition honoring the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity work for print, video, interactive and audio. The 2017 Communicator Awards received over 6,000 entries from ad agencies, interactive agencies, production firms, in-house creative professionals, graphic designers, design firms, and public relations firms.

“We are thrilled to have our website recognized and to be honored amongst the innovative line-up of winners,” said Renee Owens, Director of the Work. “InGroup Inc., a marketing, public relations and digital services firm in Rochelle Park, NJ, played an integral role in Loyola winning this award by partnering with us to redesign our website and rebrand our logo early last year.” Owens said.

Loyola’s website was recognized for its visually appealing design, rich content, user-friendly navigation and mobile compatibility, to name a few. Some features of the website include: on-line registration and charitable giving, a monthly calendar highlighting over fifty retreats and programs offered per year, a video and photo gallery and an e-newsletter sign up.

“We use our website as a platform to promote the essence of Loyola --a place to ‘unplug’ in a ‘plugged-in’ world. It is in this peaceful atmosphere that thousands of retreatants have come since 1927 to Encounter God, Illuminate the Heart and Enjoy Peace,” said Owens.
