Major Road Work Coming To Morristown
The roadwork is expected to affect cars and pedestrians for about a month.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Major roadwork is expected to disrupt pedestrian and vehicular traffic in Morristown for about a month, starting next week.
Court Street between Ann Street and Washington Street will be totally redone, including the sidewalks, beginning on July 23, officials said. During the first phase of the work, parking on Court Street will be banned and the road will be reduced to one lane during working hours. The second phase of work will require a total closure for four days (the exact dates of the road closure have not been announced).
Road work will take about 30 days.

The curb and sidewalk will be replaced on both sides, and new streetlights will be installed to match the design of others, officials said, and the road will be repaved.
Building access will continue during the work.
