MMC Ranked in Top 50 on NRC Health's 2018 Consumer Loyalty List

Morristown Medical Center has been ranked in the top 50, and highest-ranking hospital in New Jersey, on NRC (National Research Corporation) Health’s 2018 Top 100 Consumer Loyalty list. The list is based on an NRC national survey of more than 310,000 households from June 2017 through May 2018.

The first Consumer Loyalty Awards were created using results from an NRC Health national survey, which polled more than 310,000 households nationwide from June 2017 through May 2018. To qualify for the list, each organization had to garner at least 150 top-of-mind mentions by consumers in the survey.
