Morris Co. Man Distributed Child Pornography: Prosecutor
The man uploaded and distributed images over a four-month period, according to authorities.
MADISON, NJ — A Madison man uploaded and distributed child pornography over a four-month period, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
Nicholas Spagnoletti uploaded, possessed and distributed images on his cell phone from April 15 to Thursday, according to Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll. He was arrested Thursday and taken to the Morris County Correctional Facility, pending a court appearance, which is set for Friday.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children first alerted the prosecutor's office of the upload.

Spagnoletti, 52, was charged with endangering the welfare of children for distribution of child pornography (second-degree) and endangering child welfare for the possession of child pornography (third-degree).
