Teen Spits At Cops, Damages Morris Co. Police HQ Wall: Authorities
The teen was in the station for an unrelated matter, according to police.
MOUNT OLIVE, NJ — A Morris County teen spat at officers Saturday and damaged the wall at Mount Olive police headquarters, according to authorities.
The teen was in the processing room for an unrelated matter, police said. While seated, he began to damage a nearby wall, according to authorities. When officers intervened, he spat at them several times, officials said.
The 18-year-old was charged with throwing bodily fluid at officers and criminal mischief. Officials placed him in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a court hearing.
