MORRISTOWN, NJ — There are 18 new cases of the coronavirus in Morris County as of Monday, according to newly released data.

This brings the total number of coronavirus cases in the county to 7,491.

There were 685 total confirmed coronavirus-related deaths reported as of Monday, according to the NJ COVID-19 Dashboard. There were 144 probably coronavirus-related deaths reported.

The breakdown of cases by ZIP code are as follows:

  • 07054 (Parsippany): 1,471.7 per 100,000
  • 07950 (Morris Plains): 1,356.7 per 100,000
  • 07866 (Rockaway): 1,071.5 per 100,000
  • Note: All other towns' numbers have been suppressed, according to the data

As of Monday, there are 191,960 coronavirus cases across the state, with 14,165 confirmed coronavirus-related deaths and 1,780 probably coronavirus-related deaths.
