Morristown High Grad, Korean War Vet Dies at 81
Anthony Palmieri was also a member of the Mendham United Methodist Church.

Anthony Palmieri was a proud member of the Morristown High School class of 1952.
The Morris County native died recently at the age of 81, according to his obituary.
After high school, Palmieri served in the Air Force from 1952 to 1956 during the Korean War.

Palmieri owned the Tonyās Super Mobil in Bernards Township for 20 years after owning a Texaco Service Station in Denville. Palmieri also worked as a Pro Shop Supervisor at Pinch Brook Golf Course in Florham Park.
Palmieri moved to Mendham 48 years ago.

He was also an active member of the Mendham United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife Joan, two sons, one daughter, and seven grandchildren.
