Morristown Made National TV 3 Times This Week: Watch Here

Morristown students and business owners made it onto Chopped, Good Morning America and America's Got Talent. Here's how to watch.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — It's not every week someone linked to Morristown makes it onto national television. But believe it or not, it happened three times this week.

Morristown students and business owners made it onto "Chopped," "Good Morning America" and "America's Got Talent."

Just Jersey on 'Good Morning America'

The program stopped by as part of the Rise & Shine segment, which shows how all 50 states are emerging from the pandemic.

Just Jersey Owners Tina Bologna and Paul Miller discussed the unique situation their shop faced. The shop sells many products made by local artisans, who faced challenges during the pandemic because many of the events where they'd normally sell products were canceled because of COVID-19.

Zac Taylor on 'America's Got Talent'

Zac Taylor, a Morristown-Beard School student, earned four "yes" votes on America's Got Talent. The young singer has made a name for himself locally, finishing second overall last March in the Morristown Onstage competition. He's also gone viral on TikTok, where he has more than 50,000 followers.

But it's another thing to impress Simon Cowell, Sofia Vergara, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel. Taylor did just that though in his audition, in which he sang "Best Part" by Daniel Caesar.

Leia Gaccione on 'Chopped'

South+pine owner Leia Gaccione made it all the way to the final dessert round after winning on her previous episode. Alton Brown, the namesake for "Chopped: Alton's Maniacal Baskets," called it a "dead heat."
