MORRISTOWN, NJ — A 32-year-old Morristown man allegedly threatened to release naked photos and videos he secretly took of a teenage girl if she did not have sex with him, according to court records obtained this week by the Bergen County Record.
The teenage girl, along with a witness, contacted Morristown police this past Saturday, Dec. 30 with the allegation. She said the man, Carlos S. Fuentes-Perez, of Morristown, sexually assaulted her between January 2016 and November 2017. She was between 15 and 17 years old at the time.
He took photos and videos of her in secret and then threatened to release them if she did not agree to intercourse, the girl said Saturday.
