Back To Virtual: Morristown Meetings, Including Council, Going Remote Until Further Notice

Morristown returned to in-person meetings for about a month. But fully virtual sessions will resume with Tuesday's Town Council meeting.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A return to in-person town meetings didn't last long for Morristown. Town meetings will switch back to fully virtual events, beginning with Tuesday's Town Council session.

The town returned to in-person meetings in late November after going virtual since the pandemic began. Officials offered hybrid setups so people could also view the meetings from home and call in for public comment.

But the town announced Tuesday afternoon it would shift back to the virtual setup for all meetings, unless noted otherwise. That will begin with the Town Council session at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Click here for the agenda and instructions on accessing the meeting.
