Morristown Midterm 2018 Primary Election Results

The results are in for the 2018 primary election.

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Following a competitive primary race, the results are in for County and federal elections in Morristown and New Jersey's 11th Congressional District.

Current State Assemblyman Jay Webber will appear on the ballot as the Republican candidate, and Navy veteran and former federal prosecutor Mikie Sherrill will appear as the Democratic candidate. This is the first time since 1992 that voters will not see Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen's name on the ballot, and just the second time since the mid-1980s voters will be picking a new Congressional representative.
