Morristown Pizzeria Taking Stand Against Proposed Competitor
Whole Foods plans to open pizza shop next to incoming grocery story, report says.

A Morristown restaurant in business for 35 years has retained legal counsel and plans to formally oppose a large company’s proposal to open a pizza shop just an eighth of a mile away.
According to dailyrecord.com, Suvio’s Pizza Ristorante on Washington Street is opposed to the proposed construction of a similar restaurant, a pizza shop, to accompany the Whole Foods market being developed in the now-vacant A&P store on the same street.
The proposed eatery would fill a vacant retail space once used for a dry cleaning service, the report said.
