MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown is a beautiful place to live and, according to one industry group, its a beautiful place to film a television show or movie, too.

The College of Saint Elizabeth was named "Best Venue to Film a Movie or TV Show" by Unique Venues, an event venue and planners industry group. The award was voted on by the groups 55,000 members.

"Our entire campus is conducive to filming, but we also have some unique features such as the special outdoor facility (the Greek Theatre) which is one of only a handful in the U.S.," said Patricia L. Devlin, director of conference and events services at the college said. "With plenty of private, quiet spaces, a film crew can easily set up their equipment and film with little interruption. And, ample parking allows space for the trailers used by actors and production crews."
