Cop Drugged, Sexually Assaulted 2 Children In Rockaway: Prosecutor

A New Jersey cop has been charged with drugging and sexually assaulting two children, according to authorities.

A New Jersey cop has been charged with drugging and sexually assaulting two children, according to authorities.

Wilfredo Guzman, age 40, of Rockaway Township has been charged with two counts of sexual assault and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, according to the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.

Guzman is a police officer with the Rockaway Township Police Department, according to the MCPO.

Guzman sexually assaulted one girl between the ages of 16-17 years-old, and another who was 15 years- old during the time in question. Guzman engaged in acts of sexual penetration with the two females on various dates in 2014 and 2015, according to authorities.

Guzman also provided both females alcohol and prescription medication, according to the MCPO. Guzman was remanded to the Morris County Correctional Facility.
