New Board Member Appointed To Morris Co. Historical Society
Gail Boertzel is the board's newest member.

MORRISTOWN, NJ - From Morris County Historical Society: Rockaway Township resident Gail Boertzel is the newest member of the Morris County Historical Society Board of Trustees.
A graduate of Rutgers Law School, Ms. Boertzel practiced law with the firm of Stephen “Skippy” Weinstein in Morristown until her retirement in January 2018.
Ms. Boertzel lived in the Green Pond section of Rockaway Township from 1973 until 1995, when she and her family moved to Mountain Lakes. They returned to Green Pond in 2010. While in Green Pond, she was treasurer and president of the Green Pond Women’s Club and elected to the Board of Directors for the Green Pond Corporation, a homeowners’ association, serving a term as president. In Mountain Lakes, Ms. Boertzel was a member of the League of Women Voters and elected to the Mountain Lakes Board of Education, serving a term as president.
