Hair Styling, Makeup On The Menu At New Morristown 'Bar'

MORRISTOWN, NJ — A former construction executive and longtime area resident is trying something new. Alichia Pourreza's vision will come to life Friday, when Blo Blow Dry Bar opens in Morristown.

The new establishment at 89D Morris St. has the following on tap: five signature styles on its "hair menu," a variety of hair treatments and five signature makeup looks.

Pourreza is a longtime resident of the Morristown area and was part owner of her family's manufacturing business for more than 25 years. She's hoping to transition her skillsets acquired from the construction industry to the new business.

“I loved working with my family and learned so much about owning a business with them, but I decided I wanted to begin a new journey working in a field where my heart was,” Pourreza said. “I always strive to be on-trend when it comes to fashion and beauty, and I cannot wait play a role in making the Morristown community feel truly glamorous.”
