New T.J.Maxx And HomeGoods Announced For Hanover Shopping Center

HANOVER, NJ — T.J.Maxx, HomeGoods, Five Below and Ulta Beauty are all coming to a new Hanover shopping center soon, Key Properties announced Friday morning. The four stores will join AutoZone, QuickChek and MedExpress Urgent Care at the Hanover Crossroads in Cedar Knolls.

Located at 110 East Hanover Ave, the four new stores are expected to open in the late summer, a representative for Key Properties told Patch. The new crop of stores have revitalized the shopping center, which had been vacant since Berlex Laboratories closed in 1995.

In addition to the stores, East Hanover Ave was widened and a traffic signal was installed to help ease traffic congestion.

“It has been exciting to watch Hanover Crossroads take shape,” said David Schlussel co-managing partner of the management company Key Properties . “Just one year after we started, we are nearing the completion of Hanover Crossroads’ construction phase, and the property is already bringing new jobs and revenue to the community. Perhaps most importantly, Hanover Crossroads has attracted an impressive mix of complementary shopping, dining and service tenants. There’s a great synergy among them, and we are confident they will benefit from each other and drive traffic to the center.”
