Beloved Tavern Opening Soon In Morris County

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Fans of Tommy's Tavern + Tap in Morris County will soon have a second location to dine at.

Triple T Hospitality Group will be opening its latest Tommy's Tavern + Tap in Roxbury soon, specifically in the Ledgewood part of town.

The 9,000-square-foot tavern, located in the Ledgewood Commons at 461 State Route 10, follows the opening of a Tommy's Tavern in Morris Plains, also on Route 10.

The newest location will offer a wide variety of food from wood-fired pizza to sushi, from ribs to pasta; there is no shortage of options.

Additionally, the restaurant has a full bar featuring beer, wine, and plenty of classic and original cocktails.

Tommy’s Tavern + Tap was first opened in Sea Bright back in 2015 by husband and wife Tommy and Yvette Bonfiglio. Since then, the franchise has become a wildly successful restaurant chain, earning awards and accolades.

"I grew up learning many old school values which have guided me my entire life...values like 'always work hard', 'never cut corners', 'always do your best', and 'keep your word',” Tommy Bonfiglio, who passed away in 2022, previously said in a statement. “Today these values help guide our family-owned business...and I passionately believe in passing along these values to my children and grandchildren."

The Ledgewood location will be the county's second Tommy's, the state's 14th, and the 17th in the country, with locations in Delaware and Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey.

Tommy’s Tavern in Ledgewood Commons is expected to open in mid-November.
