Overnight Closure Planned For Morris Street In Morristown

MORRISTOWN, NJ — Morristown motorists should expect overnight road closures as road construction will close a section of Morris Street until Saturday morning, according to police.

Police have advised all drivers to avoid Morris Street from East Park Place to Pine Street between the hours of 8 p.m. on Friday and 6 a.m. on Saturday.

Detours will be in place, and access to local businesses will be via Municipal Lot 10J. Police have requested that all motorists use Dumont Place as a reference point on their navigation systems.
