While only two parades have been postponed due to inclement weather in 37 years, Saturday’s forecast doesn’t look promising. The National Weather Service, as of Thursday, shows a 100-percent chance of rain throughout the day, with patchy fog before 1 p.m. Up to three-quarters of an inch of rain may fall with a high temperature near 50 degrees.
