Holy Week 2016 The Collision: Faith versus Reason

The Presbyterian Church in Morristown , located at 57 East Park Place, Morristown, NJ (973-538-1776) will host a series of services listed below in preparation for Easter.

Palm Sunday, March 20
The Collision - No Avoidance
7:45am Chapel and 10am Sanctuary
Rev. Dr. David Smazik leads worship with the dedication of One Great Hour of Sharing.
At 10am: The children lead a palm processional into the sanctuary. Music by the Chancel Choir and Chancel Ringers.

Maundy Thursday, March 24
The Last Supper
8:00pm Sanctuary
In commemoration of the Last Supper of our Lord, we celebrate Communion together led by Dr. David Smazik, Rev. Sarah Green and Linda Gaden. Music by the Chancel Choir.

Good Friday, March 25
The Crucifixion of Jesus
12:00pm Chapel and 8:00pm Sanctuary
At Noon: Reflections on the Cross with music by a chamber choir.
At 8pm: A Tenebrae service of darkness and light. Music by the Chancel Choir.

Easter Sunday, March 27
Faith Reigns
7:45am Chapel and 10am Sanctuary
Both services led by Rev. Dr. David. Smazik.
At 7:45am: Sunrise service
At 10am: Music by combined vocal choirs of all ages and the Ringers-on-the-Green.
